The core findings of the study can be summarized as follows: During the assessment, a graduating class of Harvard MBA students from 1953 was asked whether they had set goals. The responses were as follows:

  • – 3% reported having clear, written goals.
  • – 13% had goals but had not written them down.
  • – 84% did not have any goals.

After ten years, it was discovered that the 13% who had unwritten goals earned, on average, double the income compared to the 84% who had no goals. Furthermore, the 3% who had written goals significantly outperformed all others by earning ten times more than the combined income of the remaining 97%.

Create a Schedule
